  • The number and specialty makeup of physicians needed to support the needs of the community and hospital based on projected population, demand, primary care and specialist perception, medical staff demographics and other strategic factors
  • Recruitment and retention strategies
  • Opportunities for solidifying relationships with key members of the medical staff
