Establish a regional network of convenient medical clinics to:

• Increase patient access points
• Act as a referral source for affiliated primary care physicians
• Reduce non-emergent visits in the ER by providing an alternative environment for care
• Promote the health system brand in areas inside and outside the current primary market areas

• Completed business, operational and marketing plans for network development
• Gained physician acceptance and support through continuous communication and education
• Opened the first convenient medical clinic location in August 2007
